How many magazines are there a year?

There are 2 magazines a year. One in the Spring, and one in the Autumn

How much is a subscription?

A 2 issue subscription is £25 plus postage and a 4 issue subscription is £50 plus postage

How much is postage?

UK £6 per 2 issue subscription

U.S.A £12 per 2 issue subscription

Europe £12 per 2 issue subscription

Rest of the World £20 per 2 issue subscription

How long will my issue take to get to me?

Unfortunately, the worldwide postal systems are still experiencing delays so please can you allow up to 10 days for UK delivery, 3 weeks for Europe and 8 weeks for all other regions. We do of course hope to get your magazine to you quickly but the postal delays are out of our control

How do I subscribe?

You will need to re-register on this site as it is new and any previous Rowan logins will not be recognised. You can then subscribe for a 2 issue or 4 issue subscription starting with the current or next issue

Can I still buy yarn and access my patterns on this site?

No, this is a new site just for the magazine subscriptions so it will only have your current subscription information

Can I start my subscription with the previous issue?

Yes you can. Please email us at or call us on +44 (0)1273 402888 so we can organise that for you

How do I access my patterns?

We are aware of a technical issue where previously purchased patterns are not showing in your Pattern Library. This is an issue that we did not foresee however, we are 100% committed to finding a solution to this.

If there is a pattern that you need to access quickly, then please let us know at and we can send you the PDF.
